We contacted Amber through Zillow on one of the houses that she had up for sale. Unfortunately, it was pending but she was eager to help my boyfriend and I find a house. Amber sent us over her buyers guide which helped us out a ton since we are first time home buyers along with giving us great referrals for lenders. She took us through many houses but with the market being where it is at right now we all decided it would be best if John and I took a couple of months to save up some more money to cover the sellers concessions since we lost on many highest and best. Even though that happened when we are ready to look for our first home again we will definitely be contacting Amber again. She is VERY patient, professional, and always on top of her game.
We recommend Amber and her team to anyone who is looking to sell or buy their home. Especially first time home buyers. We really appreciate all of the work you did, Amber!!

Amber was fantastic to work with. I was skeptical about realtors and their initiative to get the best price possible. Amber really worked well with me and I was able to be very frank with her. She was honest and consistent and reliable. I sold my property in about 3 days! She helped make the whole process easy for me since I don't have a lot of free time. She is my go-to person for anything real estate and she has a lot of good ideas. I will definitely work with her again and would refer any friends or family to her as well.
