She was knowledgeable, confident, reassuring, a confidant, shoulder to cry on and some days a therapist. She got me through a very stressful time , selling my House. Working with Amber has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the local real estate market and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns throughout the entire home buying process.

Amber was always available to show me properties and was flexible with scheduling, which was a huge relief as I have a very busy work schedule. She was patient and understanding as I viewed multiple homes and took the time to listen to my needs and preferences in order to help me find the perfect home.

When it came time to make an offer on a property, Amber was an expert negotiator and worked tirelessly to ensure that I got the best deal possible. Her attention to detail and thoroughness during the contract and closing process made the entire experience seamless and stress-free.

Amber was absolutely the person who helped my husband and I make our dream come true by finding our dream home. A long distance move from California to Delaware is hard but, Amber provided exemplary guidance and recommendations throughout the entire process. Amber is professional in every aspect of the home purchase process and has your back no matter what hurdle may arise. Without a doubt we know we found the BEST Realtor in the entire state of Delaware. My husband and I knew we wanted to move to Delaware however, without Amber we would not have found our perfect dream home in the neighborhood and community we wanted. Amber was responsive, helpful, honest, and truly had our best interest in mind with each question we asked her. We always knew Amber listened to our concerns and made time in her day within 24-hour notice to carve out time to show homes or schedule a showing the very next day. We had limited time to look at homes and Amber made it happen for us. Throughout our home search, including late night ZOOM calls, Amber was always available to provide feedback and answer our multitude of questions. Specifically, the custom Home Snap app was immensely helpful in order to narrow down our must have home qualities. Even after our home purchase "settlement" ended Amber has gone out of her way to provide help and referrals for highly qualified home contractors anytime we asked. Amber is a top Delaware realtor and we feel so lucky to have found her. We would recommend Amber and her whole team to anyone considering purchasing a home in Delaware. Amber is by far the best realtor around town! As we worked together to find a home and to sell our home she took the time to listen to what was important to us and what we were looking for. She patiently showed us many homes until we found our perfect match. She and her crew did an absolutely beautiful job in show casing our home which we were selling. My experience with Amber is as a buyer. Amber is the perfect Realtor rather your a first time home buyer or buying your forever home. She’s very knowledgeable and takes every step she can to ensure you fully understand everything that is happening from start to finish. She’s a sweet, kind, and good hearted person with a passion for what she does. I believe this makes her stand out from others. She had a ton of patience with me when I was ready to give up yet in no way is she pushy. Amber has built relationships with a collective group of people and pretty much has an answer or is able to resolve common real estate hiccups quickly. I could go on and on about her qualities that make her stand out from others but when It comes down to one of the biggest purchases and decisions you’ll need to make for you and your family it’s all about trust and hard work. These are so important and definitely two of Ambers greatest qualities. She cares about your decision and puts 100% towards making you her number one priority during the entire process.
