Amber is everything you could want in a real estate agent: extremely polished and professional, wonderfully efficient/flexible and absolutely knowledgeable of our area’s market while also being patient, warm and quick to respond. She is a local who grew up here and as a military (Gold Star) family member, she knows this regional market very well and understands the needs of active-duty families who sometimes have unique timeline constraints/circumstances. I can admittedly be impatient and a worrier and somehow, Amber is just able to make a complicated process (in our case, selling a beach property with lots of extra clauses/hurdles) smooth and easy. Lastly, I was so impressed with the level of service and attention she provided to my listing-the photos, video, and 3D floor plan to market my listing were stunning and gorgeous-on a whole different level compared to other comparable listings (which are still on the market unsold). If I need to sell or buy here again, I know I’ll be calling Amber to help me.

Amber is a wonderful realtor. She listens to her clients and does an excellent job at finding properties that are within their search criteria. She really cares and wants to find her clients the perfect home. She was extremely patient with us even when we made changes to what we were looking for. When we had questions or concerns she was quick to answer our phone calls or text messages. If there is an issue she will get it taken care of quickly. She made the process of buying a home very smooth and we would recommend her to anyone!

Amber is an exceptional realtor. We are New York residents who bought a second home in Florida. As we could not travel to Florida, Amber had to connect with our daughter who was local. She did this without hesitation. She was patient with us being willing to FaceTime with us as she toured homes. She did not pressure us and gave us her honest opinion regarding the homes. She was prompt in placing offers and gave us good advice on what to offer. She was very knowledgeable and guided us step by step through closing and afterwards with needed advice as we were not familiar with the special requirements for homes in Florida. This was our second purchase in the area that we have had Amber as our realtor. In this sellers market you really have to be on your game and Amber always is. We were actually the first ones to see our house after it went on the MLS. I think we were in there within an hour. With her experience, we crafted a fair but aggressive offer and ended up getting the house. Amber really is the best and we wouldn't trust another realtor with our business.
