Amber Vietzke was fantastic to work with. She was always ready to answer any of my questions. The property we were buying was a bit tricky but not very high value. Despite that, she worked very hard to facilitate the sale to be as smoothly as possible. I will be working with Amber again on any future real-estate sales we need to make.

Amber is a joy to work with. I met Amber by inquiring about a property on Zillow. She called me as soon as she saw the inquiry. We discussed what our family needed in a home and property. It took us a year to make the move from out of state to Washington. Amber sent emails daily of homes within our criteria.
We found the right home as our home went into contact. We put in an offer and Amber had to work hard and be diligent to make the purchase of our dream home come about.
Amber was always there and stayed on task as the process unfolded. She is very knowledgeable and works hard to make dreams come true.
By the time we rolled into the driveway of our new home to accept the keys and a welcoming smile from Amber we felt as if she is one of our family.

Amber is definitely an agent I would recommend working with. We worked with her in selling our home in Liberty Lake. She was extremely knowledgeable in regards to the current market and I think that was a big contributor to our house selling so quickly. Amber was awesome to work with. We had two major challenges in our home purchase. The first was distance. We lived 6 hours away and to try to drive to and from for each home showing was not feasible. The second was the COVD-19 issue. Amber utilized FaceTime to do the virtual walk-throughs and served as our additional eyes and virtual nose (home odors). I highly recommend Amber for your home search. We have already recommended her to our son who will be house hunting in the spring of 2021. Thanks Amber!

My husband and I recently relocated to Spokane Valley and Amber was our real estate agent.
