Amber McDonald

Amber has been in the Real Estate industry for about nine years, and her passion for helping others with their real estate goals grows larger each day. Amber and her husband Ryan have been married for about nine years as well and have two fur pups named Bruiser O’Malley and Rio. Amber’s passion for making a difference for others and to the world is what makes her unique in this industry. She prides herself on being straight forward and always looking out for her client’s best interest. When Amber does decide to take a day off from helping her clients, she enjoys cooking with Ryan, wake boarding (when it’s not raining ha-ha), hiking, snowboarding and basically anything she can do outdoors.

Amber was born and raised in Northern California and is in the process of talking her family into moving out to Washington one day (it is slowly coming together…. very slowly ha-ha). Amber likes to see the opportunity for growth in every situation she finds herself in and has learned to duck and dodge the different boulders this military lifestyle throws at her and her husband on a regular basis. This mentality helps her to be initiative-taking with seeing potential problems that may arise prior to doing so along the buying and selling journey for her clients.

Amber has studied the VA loan closely, and with her experience she has found techniques while negotiating that have proven to have vast amount of success when fighting for her clients in the past. She prides herself on ensuring her clients are educated prior to making such a huge decision to buy or sell, so they can feel 100% confident along the way.

Disclosure - She is a HUGE lover of Game Nights and will invite YOU to one or mention one in the making by the end of your time together. She came to Washington without a single friend, and no family members…. while her husband was sent to South Korea only a month after they arrived. Her career has helped her to find and continue to make life lasting friends through her clients! Finally, she is always up for a new adventure, and never turns down a good Margarita!
