She helped us identify the perfect neighborhood for our family then was able to find an off market seller. That gave us time and flexibility to sell our home and move and make some repairs. Back story on myself; I am a 36 year old, single combat veteran who thought I was going to rent forever.I was tired of paying another mans mortgage so I contacted Amber. From the very beginning she put my mind to ease. I remember distinctly her telling me all the positive reasons why I should buy in this crazy market that is Colorado. She was incredibly straight forward and honest with me. She sent me texts of potential homes because I am a firearms instructor and can’t really talk on the phone. She handled absolutely everything while keeping me in the loop of every next move. I told Amber- hey I want this house… I closed a month later. I am currently realizing how much stuff I now need for my home and I need a lotto win. Thank you Amber.

I have the misfortune of working graveyards so sometimes communication can be tough and as a first time home buyer there's so much to understand. Amber knows her business and knows real estate. She understands the market and the whole real estate process of buying and selling a home to a degree I didn't appreciate when I first met her. I was under a lot of pressure to relocate across the ocean from 3000 miles away to an area I was not really familiar with during a pandemic. I should have MY head examined. I was in good hands and felt comforted by the fact she was my buyer agent.

Amber is wonderful! Our first home buying experience was with a new build that for various reasons was delayed long beyond our expectations. Amber was on top of it, always providing updates and doing what was within her control to move our deal forward. She also was available every time I needed to vent to someone regarding my frustration and even offered to call my boss and explain why I was scatter-brained.
