Mrs. Amber Williams was a God send. We found her through Goggle search. Once contact was made with her, we immediately received a response back with helpful information for replacing the stakes, and having neighbors debris removed from the property before placing the for sale sign up. Before advertising online , Mrs.Williams once again inspected the property and told us property was online. Within two /three days Mrs. Williams called to tell us she had received two calls and would keep us updated. Within a couple of days she called to say an offer was made, and the rest is history. Because of Mrs. Williams expertise, and her guidance we were not disappointed with the offer received. All paperwork for us from the buyer as well as the attorney was reviewed by Mrs. Williams prior to receiving in case we had questions or concerns. I highly recommend Mrs. Williams if one has property to sell or buy. Mrs. Williams was always courteous, professional, and well versed in her field. Thank you Mrs. Williams for all that you did for us- Howard and Elizabeth Cunningham.
