Above and beyond. Amberly is so amazing! Her knowledge is unmatched, she answered all our questions and brought to light things that we didn’t think of. Her communication with us was impeccable making sure we were all on the same page always. This was not our first house purchase however was our best house purchasing experience. Amberly is an Amazing Realtor.

Throughout the process of selling my home Amberly demonstrated that she is highly competent, knowledgeable and experienced. She respected the value of my home and could envision the ways in which a prospective buyer would enjoy living there.

During her first visit to my home Amberly presented a professional Comparative Market Analysis report. In the report she used realistic and logical comparisons, described the process of selling a home, and presented her resume.

Amberly communicated with me every step of the way. She was always readily available to answer my many questions. I really liked the "Showing Time" app as this helped me to know when my home had a showing and how the visit went. Amberly took the time to communicate with the Buyers' agents as well, asking questions as to what their clients thought so that we could make improvements in marketing my home.

Amberly went above and beyond when it came to marketing. She featured my home on the many websites she is connected with, organized weekly Open Houses, got the word out about my home to a wide network of fellow real estate agents, and even made a Youtube video.

Amberly is smart when it comes to the critical details. She realized that in the real estate market of today that it is important for a house to have fresh paint, new carpet and minor repairs completed. Amberly was able to recommend a professional contractor to do the work. She made flyers that prospective Buyers could take with them so as not to forget my home. She even placed flowers on the kitchen table so as to make the home feel inviting!

I really appreciate how Amberly communicated with me and followed up frequently during the complexity of the Buyer's mortgage process. I had a lot of questions with regard to status of the mortgage. Amberly contacted the right people, asked the right questions and advocated for me.

I am thankful for Amberly's professionalism and expertise in selling my home.

The Difference. Going into the sale of my home, I already knew Amberly was a great agent. She knows the market very well, understands what it takes to get transactions done, is great with marketing...all things that are important. What I came to appreciate about her as an agent - having her sell our family home- was how much she truly cares about her clients. It's a rarity. She went above and beyond, and in big and small ways showed us how much she cares about a positive outcome for all parties involved. That's what makes her great! Need a Real Estate Agent? Look no further! David and I are over the moon with the service that we had received from Amberly. She responds quickly and delivers results. She caught a few mistakes from the listing agent and got it fixed before sending it over to us to sign. When putting in an offer, she did a comp comparison and told us that we should offer less than what we were going to offer. She sent in the offer with her homework that she did and saved us $13,000 off asking price. You truly feel like a friend and she is looking out for our best interest. She see us as a person and not a transaction. When touring, she pointed out things and gave us her expert opinion. It took us 6 months to close and she was there every step of the way. Even when the lender try to go back on what he told us, Amberly called the loan officer herself and told him that he was wrong for that. She told him that he needed to honor the original deal or give us a credit or pay our closing cost. Trust me when I tell you, who you hire does make a difference. She is a heavy weight and you do want her on your side. She gave us a very nice gift at closing. If you don’t have an agent, call Amberly today!

Wonderful

Amberly͏ Green is the top notch real estate professional in the Myrtle Beach area.
Amberly marketed and sold two properties for us as we prepared to move to a different area: our investment condo and our primary residence. She performed a thorough market analysis on each and helped us decide on a price for each. She devised appropriate marketing plans for each and throughout the time they were on the market was thorough in following up with agents who showed the property and very attentive to our questions and concerns. Amberly closely monitored the progress for each contract and ensured that each progressed to a smooth closing. We were more than satisfied with the price we got for both properties. Amberly turned my first home buying experience into such a good one. I decided on building for my first home but I really had no clue how to go about any of it. I was overwhelmed and nervous.
Through every single step of the way Amberly was there for me and available, answering calls and texts quickly and explaining all the things that I didn’t understand.
From looking at model houses, to going to the design center with me to help make awesome style choices, to going to the walk through and finding things I had overlooked, to being right by my side at closing…. I could not have asked for more!!!
I’m so thankful for this first home buying experience and I’m so happy that I can now consider Amberly a friend.

Amberly Green is unmatched in her dedication and perseverance to her clients. She is very responsive, friendly, and extremely helpful. She is professional and an expert in the local area. We had a lot of ups and downs with multiple offers. She helped us navigate through it and was very encouraging. Buying a house can be emotionally exhausting, but Amberly always approached us with a renewed, positive attitude. She often said, "I will find the perfect home for you." She delivered on that promise one hundred fold!
Amberly really listened to the criteria we were looking for in a house, which showed she cared about our family's needs. We were house hunting cross country and couldn't view the homes in person. We put a great deal of trust in her abilities to find the right neighborhood and home. Amberly is very trustworthy. She knows the area well, and how to match a family's interests. After a very long drive cross country, Amberly was there to greet and welcome us. She did a fabulous job and deserves 10 stars because she gives 200%. We can't imagine working with anyone else. The house is beautiful. We truly feel at home.
