Amelia Robinson

Nashville born with New Mexico sensibilities; Amelia combines Southern charm and hospitality with a deep understanding of Santa Fe, where her family has been a part of the community for decades. Her love for Santa Fe has made her knowledgeable in all the different types of neighborhoods and real estate offerings, from an ancient little adobe in the heart of town to a multi-acre modern with vistas from every window.

Amelia studied public health at the graduate level at the University of North Texas before landing a position with one of the country’s biggest real estate developers. This provided her the opportunity to gain experience in housing in different regions of the US and volunteer around the country and have a positive impact in multiple communities.

Through these experiences, Amelia fell in love with helping people find their perfect home. She also developed real-world experience in real estate development, property management, community organizing, land use, and construction management. Though satisfied and challenged professionally, Amelia longed for a return to family and her beloved Santa Fe, where she launched an exciting and fulfilling career as a broker with Barker Realty, and a member of the Duran Erwin Group, the #1 selling team in Santa Fe.

Whether hiking with her husband and two pups on the Tierra Trails, rafting the Rio Grande, or camping in one of the many state and national parks with her large Santa Fe family, Amelia is an outdoors sort of girl. Besides her continuous restoration project on her own old adobe home, she also has a continuous restoration project on a tiny medieval house in a small town in Southern Italy. She is one of those people with vision, who can look at a property, no matter how daunting, and say, “We can do this!” Amelia will use that same vision to help you find and achieve the home of your Santa Fe dreams.
