Amelia Russell Hoyt

A Naples native, Amelia Hoyt brings over 20 years of real estate experience to Premier Sotheby's International Realty. She started her career in Breckenridge and Fort Collins, Colorado and specialized in sales management.

After moving back to Naples in 2006, Amelia worked with Todd Kendall at Premier Properties Developer Services in Treviso Bay and The Strada. She also worked with Michael Lawler. Partnering with Mary Catherine and Larry White, she shifted focus to the Old Naples market. Amelia also went into business with Kristin Williams, a designer and developer who helped her launch the cottage aesthetic that is predominant in Old Naples. Together they collaborated on historical renovations and new construction. Amelia is thrilled to be working back at Mercato.

Outside of real estate, Amelia enjoys spending time with her three children. Her hobbies include paddle boarding, kayaking and traveling as much as possible. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in pre-professional molecular microbiology from University of Central Florida and a Master of Science degree in Clinical Immunology from Florida Gulf Coast University.
