About Amelia

Own your own home was a goal I set for my self quite young in my professional life. Investing in Real Estate was the way to accomplish that - long before I became a Real Estate Professional. I had studied data analysis and used those skills.I have live in 85028 - surrounded by mountains - in a premier location in the Valley of the Sun.

Growing up as a military brat gave me the opportunity to see many places, but Phoenix has always felt like home. I graduated from high school on the west side. My Bachelor's and Master's degrees are from from ASU.

I taught junior and senior high in the East Valley. Working in Professional Development I helped other teachers learn to collect and use data to focus on student achievement. Applying those same skills to the real estate market works.
