About Amie

Amie Streater has been selling luxury homes in Colorado Springs since 2013. She will close her 200th residential transaction in the fall of 2019 and has had luxury sales high enough to earn her the distinction of Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist since 2015. In 2017, Amie was named to the Million Dollar Guild of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, one of only four agents in Colorado Springs to have this unique and coveted credential.

Amie has been a Certified Dave Ramsey Financial Coach since 2008, is a published personal finance author (Your Money God’s Way, Thomas Nelson Publishers, 2010) and a nationally recognized expert on faith-based personal finance. She served as a pastor at two of America’s largest churches from 2001 to 2008, teaching in personal finance.

Prior to her time in ministry, Amie was one of the nation’s top investigative journalists, and her work for the Pensacola News Journal was the finalist for the Pulitzer Prize for Public Service in 2003. Amie now uses her background as a writer, researcher, pastor, and financial expert to help people navigate the purchase and sale of what is for many their largest asset – their home.
