I’m incredibly fortunate to say that I get to do my dream job for a living, and this is the only career I pursue full-time. I’m a mother of three, married to my high school sweetheart, and I never imagined I would become a realtor—especially in the U.S. As someone originally from Mongolia, this journey was never part of the plan. But looking back, every role I held along the way led me here. It truly feels like all the dots connected naturally.

I hold a degree in Interior Design, which allowed me to work closely with clients to design their homes, select finishes, and curate furnishings. That experience eventually led me into interior sales and ultimately into real estate.

I fell in love with the real estate industry because it offers endless opportunities to learn and grow. I’m someone who constantly strives to improve and genuinely enjoys sharing knowledge with those around me. I’m also a Certified Negotiation Expert—a designation held by only about 1% of agents nationwide. Over the years, I have repeatedly helped my clients with all aspects of real estate, including condos, townhomes, resale homes, new construction, luxury properties, fixer-uppers, and investment properties.

My husband and I actively invest in and renovate properties alongside our trusted crew. We’ve transformed a handful of fixer-uppers into beautifully renewed homes, giving them new life and new owners—something we’re incredibly proud of. I also have extensive experience in commercial real estate and have helped clients purchase retail and restaurant businesses.

Having lived in Colorado, Kansas, and California before settling in Washington, my family and I understand the challenges and concerns that come with relocating. Because we’ve been through it ourselves, I make my relocation clients’ experience as smooth as possible, allowing them to move across state lines with confidence and clarity. In many cases, especially during highly competitive markets, my clients have successfully secured homes without ever seeing the property in person, and I love being their eyes and ears throughout the process.
