We loved working with Aminda and credit her with helping us to finally land our dream home! We entered the market in July 2020 and had fairly specific needs/wants for our house. Aminda not only helped us find potential listings of interest, she also made sure to be available immediately once a property was listed. The homes we were interested in often listed and were under contract in two days on average (sometimes sooner) and we never missed an opportunity to see a listing we were interested in. The market was tough and competition was fierce but Aminda helped us navigate our offer details and provided expert guidance to help us put in competitive offers. In addition, Aminda was very helpful and so calming when it came to answering my nervous questions as a first time homebuyer. Once we had an offer accepted, she continued to go above and beyond our expectations by helping us close as smoothly as possible and right on time.
