Amir Sepahmansour

Amir has been in Real Estate since 2004. His education is from San Jose State, where he received his Electrical Engineering Degree. Amir has always been an entrepreneur and saw an opportunity to make a move into Real Estate after college. He was able to utilize his discipline and skills from his engineering degree in a new form and has spent much of his career in foreclosures and flipping homes.

Amir has successfully flipped over thirty homes, all with significant profit margins. In 2011 Amir received his Broker’s license and is currently part of the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors. Due to the extensive involvement of foreclosure investments, Amir is familiar with multiple areas across California from Sacramento to Los Angeles.
