I found Amrit and Eddie through social media and was impressed with the homes they were advertising and the kindness and integrity seen through their posts. When we met, I was put at ease as I explained that this home sale resulted from a divorce, and they reassured me they had experienced this. When they staged the home, my heart was warmed by their care and attention to detail. They brought in live music and refreshments for the open house and, within two weeks, had an offer of 200K over asking.
I highly recommend Amrit and Eddie for their expertise and kind and gentle hearts.

Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how someone promote his listings. Amrit Singh and his organic ranking is excellent (meaning people find listings on his site easily), his social media presence was strong, and I could tell he put a lot of work into his listings.
