I'm excited to write this review and let me start off by saying if you want to buy or sell a home and you need a REALESTATE agent look no further Amy is as good as it gets. I have worked with other agents in the past and it always felt like I was being sold something. When I started to work with Amy the entire process felt extremely detailed and her professionalism was amazing. She would walk through homes with me and point out things that looked wrong and I truly appreciated the fact that she was not just another agent trying to make a commission. My wife and I have been looking for a home for about 5 years now and once the prices of homes sky rocketed from the 2020 pandemic we felt defeated that is until we met Amy. She showed us programs that allowed us to not only get a home but we literally have no PMI ( Property Morgage insurance)😃. From this day forward if we find someone who is selling or buying a home we highly recommend Amy. Amy I hope you see this review and if you do I just want to thank you again for being such a selfless person like only you can be. Anyone who has ever had to settle an estate knows how completely overwhelming it can be. One of the biggest tasks is selling the house/property. And that's where Amy and her team come in. Let me tell you how much she took off my plate because she is so amazing at her job. She was able to hook me up with clean-out people as well as having investment buyers lined up the even before we were ready to post the listing. This allowed me to sell the house in just a few days. What a relief! Trust me when I tell you you will not be disappointed if you choose Amy Alfonsi!

Amy made my home buying experience in this tough market a breeze.
As a first time home buyer in this competitive market, I was worried I would have to settle. Amy made sure to show me houses that fit my checklist within my price range. She was also very attentive to point out things I would have never looked at as a first time home buyer. To add on, she was always very prepared when talking to my mortgage lenders and the sellers.
Buying my first home was something I was very nervous about, but Amy led me through the process the whole way. I ended up getting a home that was more than I could have asked for.

As first time home buyers (with generally zero knowledge of what the process looked like) Amy welcomed us as clients with a wealth of knowledge that she was excited to share. We picked a pretty intense time to buy a home, and without hesitation Amy acted with swiftness and confidence, landing us a home in our neighborhood of choice within 3 weeks (!) of starting our search. You would be crazy not to go to Amy for all your real estate needs! It was love at first conversation lol. She drew me in with her cute laughter and down to earth personality. Just from our phone conversation alone I could tell she was genuine, REAL, outgoing, sweet, kind, thoughtful and she will bust her butt to get you what you need. We should call ourselves lucky to have connected with Amy as our agent who helped us choose our first house. Amy was wonderful in listening and understanding our needs, priorities and help us navigate through the home buying process. She guided us and advised us like a friend would do and helped us choose the right house for us in every step of the way. My husband and I chose her after interviewing several other realtors and were not disappointed! She worked tirelessly to get us into the home we wanted.
