Hi, I’m Amy Beem—a Richmond-based REALTOR® with a deep appreciation for older and historic homes. I’ve lived in Church Hill since 2005 and understand how special these homes are—each one with its own architecture, character, and story. I take pride in helping homeowners showcase these unique properties with care, strategy, and attention to detail.

With a degree in Finance from the University of Florida and a background in home renovation and investment, I bring a strong foundation to every listing. My focus is on preparing, marketing, and selling homes—particularly historic and estate properties—throughout Richmond and the surrounding areas. I also specialize in probate real estate, working closely with executors and families to navigate the sale of inherited homes with compassion and clarity.
