Hi I am Amy, I live and work in the beautiful coastal community of Fenwick Island Delaware just minutes from the bustling beach and resort town of Ocean City, Maryland. I grew up in York, Pennsylvania, but spent my summers here at the shore, where my heart stayed connected. I made the move permanent 22 years ago and have raised my four children here where they attended Indian River High School. After the youngest went off to college, I embarked on my real estate career after many years as a dental hygienist. I absolutely love my career and the people and new friends I have met along the way. My biggest joy is helping others achieve their dream of living at the beach like I did all those years ago. The landscape has changed here over the last 20 years and a great deal of growth, and new communities abound. like many others in our happy little beach town, I enjoy boating and fishing in the Assawoman bay, concerts with friends at the Freeman Arts Pavilion, or eating at the many local restaurants around Ocean City and Bethany Beach, including Liquid Assets, Spain Wine bar, Crabcake Factory or Our Harvest. When the night calls for a little more spontaneity, we find fun at Seacrets, Skybar, Fagers, and Beach Barrels. On a quiet Sunday at home, I may be reading a book or caring for the landscaping my fiancé and I planted when we built our new home. There are many state parks, museums, festivals, and cultural events throughout the year to keep the whole family engaged.
