I can’t say enough good things about Amy. (Side note - we are NOT related in any way. It is sheer coincidence that we have the same last name)! I knew nothing about investing in out-of-state real estate and honestly felt really intimidated by the whole idea. I wouldn’t have even pursued it if it weren’t for a good friend who highly recommended her.

From our very first call—which lasted about 90 minutes—I was blown away by how knowledgeable and easy to talk to she was. She gave me so much of her time and made me feel completely comfortable asking all my beginner questions. I’m a very visual learner, and over the next few months as we talked about the West Valley area in Arizona, she was incredibly patient with me—especially when I forgot things we had already covered. I felt bad, but she never once made me feel like a burden and always took the time to walk me through things again.

Eventually, I flew out to Arizona because I had full trust in her. Amy’s an investor herself and knows the market inside and out—neighborhoods, builders, growth trends, incoming businesses, resale potential, rental rates—you name it. She made me feel like a VIP while I was there, spending two full days showing me around and educating me along the way. I left that trip knowing more about Arizona real estate than I ever thought I would.

One thing I really respect about Amy is that she never oversteps. If I asked about crime rates or school ratings, she pointed me to the right sources instead of guessing or speculating. She’s super resourceful and you can tell she used to be an educator—she has a gift for breaking things down in a way that makes sense.

When I was ready to buy, I flew back out and she was there for everything—coordinating and attending the home inspection, working with the builder on punch list items, and just being an incredible support system throughout the entire process.

I could go on, but the biggest reason I recommend Amy is trust. I trust her judgment completely and I know she would never steer me toward something she wouldn’t do herself. She made me feel like a priority every step of the way, and that’s rare. If you're looking for someone to help guide you through real estate investing with care, experience, and professionalism, Amy’s the one.
