Adam Brown was the BEST to work with! My husband and I had worked with other real estate agents for almost a year with no luck, but as soon as we switched to working with Adam we found our perfect place right away! We were first time home buyers and he took the time to explain every process to us. Josh is such an easy and outstanding guy to work with. He’s very responsive, listen very patiently on what you need and suggest the best possible way forward. We were moving from Canada and it was difficult for us to see the place in person. Immediately after Josh gave us a virtual tour, we decided to place the offer. Considering the market being so competitive , we were a bit skeptical if our offer be accepted or not. This is where Josh’s expertise and negotiation skills came handy. Our offer was accepted within 3 days of applying and we just couldn’t believe it. Josh also helped a lot post-acceptance of our offer by referring us to the right people for inspection and lender. He’s a brilliant guy to work with , full of energy and with the best interests for his clients. He managed to get this deal closed within one month and we had absolutely nothing to worry about. How often does it happen that you are able to buy a home AND sell a home that never hits the market? The answer is rarely (if ever) , but we were able to do that thanks to Ashlee's understanding of our needs, the markets that we wanted to move to and sell from and her ability to move with a purpose to make things happen. It's very simple: Ashlee Check is an incredible realtor and fantastic human. She's highly professional without being pushy, and is easy to talk to. Ashlee did a great job as a buyers agent for my family and I moving to the area from out of state. She was one of the few relocation certified agents in the area, and it really helped to have someone with the BHHS name. Ashlee did a great job working with sellers agents to negotiate prices and get down to the bottom of any potential mechanical/structural issues on the houses that she showed us. The week before closing, the in-house partner mortgage lender made a huge blunder that greatly affected the monthly payments I would be committing to, and closing costs. Some other agents would probably just say "sorry, but at least you still got the house you wanted". Ashlee did not take the short-term easy route, and instead helped me work things out with the lender to make things right.
Ashlee also had a great network of tradespeople (electrician, HVAC, carpenter, plumber) that we ended up using for renovations on our home, and they all did great work at a fair price.

I would highly recommend Ashlee and her office for any future home purchase or sales agent duties.
