Amy hails from the first state and small wonder, Delaware, but knew from a young age that winter was not for her. She spent 15 years in tropical climates between Hawaii and the Florida East Coast as an Outward Bound instructor, wilderness therapy guide, and Program Director serving youth and their families going through tough times. She has seamlessly transferred her years guiding in the wilderness to guiding her clients through buying and selling real estate. Amy takes great pride in educating her clients, whether it is a first time home buyer that is new to the home-buying process or an out-of-town buyer looking to make the transition to Florida living. Amy also knows the "seller" shoes well, as she is an investor that purchases distressed properties to renovate and create beautiful, move-in ready homes in the community. She believes in listening deeply to what her clients are looking for and keeping the channels of communication open, and she prides herself on always being available for clients. She loves living in New Smyrna Beach with her wife on their 5-acre property with their chickens, goats, and Great Pyrenees! If she is not at work you will find her walking on the beach, paddling and boating the rivers, or enjoying the local restaurant, shopping, and art scene of NSB.
