Amy Knight

Amy started her Real Estate career in 2003 focusing on new construction subdivisions and building a large client referral business. For several years she sold to both sellers and buyers and started investing in real estate and learned how to navigate the tenant/landlord relationship. It also started her love for flipping and remodeling homes. "Designing something broken into something beautiful, is a huge passion of mine", she said. Once she became a mother, she put real estate on the back burner to focus on motherhood and her home. "The growth of that time away, taught me so much about what kind of realtor and business owner I wanted to be. Being a mother has taught me the best negotiating skills, patients, and tenacity, that I now bring to the table every time I'm fighting for my buyers to get into a house, or to get my sellers the most for their home." Fast forward to 20 years later and Amy is a full time Real Estate Broker, running a business and raising kids at the same time. "I'm at the place in my life where I'm blessed to be able to do both cohesively and do them both well," she says.

Amy not only holds and Oregon Real Estate Brokers license, but an Oregon General Contractors license as well and invest in homes to remodel and re-sell. "Designing is so fun for me. Every home I step foot in I'm instantly reconfiguring in my mind and redesigning the space. It was a no brainer for me to acquire my Oregon General Contractors license in order for me to manage my own projects. I now work side by side with my business partner and love getting my hands dirty on Demo Day and helping out our crew where ever the need may be!
