We asked Amy to list our families Victorian home this year. Five stars all the way! We had to get through an extended estate sale and then deal with decisions about how much to invest in repairs. I want to write Amy one of those really zingy reviews, short and sweet using words others have already used for her (and rightfully so). Words like enthusiastic, go-getter, astute, wise and a deft communicator. She deserves all those words and more. But I can’t write a short and sweet review because what she did for us went above and beyond what you expect from a realtor. Amy has been a light in the dark, holding everything together, helping me from day one (when she already had comps ready! ) When selling a home inevitably had its share of hang ups, Amy was there walking us through it with endless wisdom and quick solutions. She was much more like a friend and she went to bat for me continuously. She is cheery and funny and knows her profession well. I used Amy LaPierre as my realtor on the recommendation of a friend when my brother passed and I had to settle his estate and sell his house. I live in another state and am handicapped which is, in itself, hard but I was also grieving and dealing with probate and the house wasn't in good shape. Amy went above and beyond to help me with numerous jobs and there was a lot that had to be done on the house I wasn't familiar with the area and she found different people to do work and followed up by going over there several times a week to check on everything. She took videos and photos so I could see how things were progressing and we would discuss how to proceed. I was not having an easy time to do all this and I don't know what I would have done without her. I've dealt with numerous realtors in my lifetime but I can honestly say she really is the best of the best and I was lucky to have her. The house sold about 45 days after we advertised it based on her suggestions for some improvements and it sold for more than I thought it would. I was very happy using Amy LaPierre as my realtor.

Amy is fierce, strong willed, brilliant and a go getter.
We met her randomly through zillow and thank goodness we did! After not having much success with our former realtor, Amy made things happen!
She was with us from start to end, selling one home and buying another. In todays terrible market she made things happen, a few bumps along the way, offers denied, viewing house after house even questionable houses miles into the woods, she showed up everytime with a smile and positivity even when we started to lose faith.

I was looking for an agent to help me find a new tenant for my townhouse condo in Branford, CT. I live in Los Angeles, CA, so I needed to rely on an agent to take care of everything at the property for me. I found Amy from Google reviews, and I was really impressed by her from day one when we had our first phone conversation. She was knowledgeable, professional, energetic, proactive and most importantly, very approachable. She assured me there was no need for me to fly 3000 miles across the country. She has a lot of experience working with clients remotely from other parts of the country. From coordinating with my original tenants on moving out of the condo to setting up showings and handing all the keys to the new tenant, she kept me in the loop every single step. It was really impressive the amount of showings and interests she had brought in for the condo. Within two days on the market, I got multiple great offers, which created a very good problem for me just to figure out which one to go for. A contract was signed on Day 6. No wonder she is one of the top agents nationwide, and I know she will be my CT agent for life! Highly recommended.

So I started my search on google by research best realtors near me. Amy was one of the first to appear and rightfully so. Amy gave us great advice and had us do inspections on the well water and septic system which both needed to be fixed which saved us a lot of money. Amy made our house purchase a very positive experience especially in the current difficult market. I was very impressed how organized she was and she has an impeccable attention to detail. She added tremendous value when we went under contract. She organized the trades people that I requested for the inspections that was completed.
