I’ve lived in Irvine for over 20 years and absolutely love calling Orange County home. As a longtime local, I know the ins and outs of our schools, neighborhoods, and communities—and I bring that knowledge to every client I work with. This isn’t just where I work—it’s where I live, raise my family, and build lasting relationships.
I was born and raised in Taiwan, and my life and career have taken me across Asia and the U.S. After graduating with a background in the arts, I spent several fast-paced years working in advertising in China. That experience sharpened my ability to manage tight timelines, juggle multiple priorities, and stay calm under pressure—skills that are essential in real estate.
Back in the U.S., I’ve held several roles in media and marketing, including media placement, negotiating pricing—both of which play a big part in how I approach buying and selling homes. I understand how to position a property to get attention, price it competitively, and negotiate with clarity and confidence to help my clients get the results they’re looking for.
I’m fluent in both English and Mandarin, and I love working with a diverse range of clients—whether they’re local buyers or international investors. My goal is always to make sure you feel informed, heard, and supported through every step of the process.
Outside of work, I live in Irvine with my husband and two kids. I enjoy cooking, photography, and traveling—and I bring that same creativity and curiosity into my work. Real estate, to me, is about helping people move into the next chapter of their lives—with someone they trust by their side.
