Working with Amy Long as a first-time homebuyer was an exceptional experience. She is professional, kind, diligent, and carries an invaluable wealth of experience and knowledge in the real estate trade. From the very beginning, I felt completely comfortable and well-educated throughout every step of the process.

What stood out most is that Amy never once tried to push me into a home. Instead, she consistently pointed out genuine concerns, potential risks, and important details with every property we viewed. She made sure all the facts were on the table so I could make informed decisions with confidence. That level of honesty and transparency is rare and truly appreciated. What also stood out with Amy’s support was her unwavering commitment to always take a call or text and promptly reply, early in the morning or late at night, no matter how small or big the question, Amy WILL find you your answers and provide them with a smile.

Although her typical operating area covers Gig Harbor, Pierce County, and Kitsap, she went above and beyond when I found a home in Mason County. Even while out of state, she attended a scheduled viewing with me via FaceTime and performed the same level of diligence and care as if she were standing right beside me. Her versatility and dedication are unmatched.

Amy is someone you want in your corner — not just because of her tradecraft and expertise, but because she genuinely cares about people. She wants her clients to find a home that truly fits them, not just to close a sale. Nothing was ever hidden; she shoots straight from the hip with facts, good or bad, and you can trust that if there is something worth noting in a property, she will find it. She’s also an excellent negotiator who truly advocates for her clients.

She also surprised me with a thoughtful, personalized congratulatory gift after closing — something catered specifically to my interests that showed she genuinely paid attention and cared beyond the transaction.

I ended up finding my dream home, and I credit that outcome to Amy’s guidance, integrity, and commitment. I cannot recommend her enough.

We were apprehensive about the sale of our home after 30 years. Amy helped us stage it to reveal all of the beautiful things we loved about our lives there. Then she found us a buyer that wanted exactly what we wanted-Someone to care for our special home and love it as much as we did.

Thank goodness a friend recommended Amy as we quickly sold our house in FL and had to find something in western Washington. She worked with us via text as we were getting our house ready to move out. We would find places on line and she would go look at them, take pictures and give us an honest opinion. Finally met her and that day she showed us four houses with number four being the one! She helped us through the process of buying and was always there with an answer to our myriad of questions!
She even loaned us cooking utensils until our household goods arrived!
She is efficient, fun and the best realtor we have ever worked with!

I have been meaning to write this review for a long time. 15 months ago my husband and I moved to WA to be closer to our family. The housing market was completely nuts at that time with people competing for houses and paying well over asking. We lucked out finding Amy Long. Her expertise and loyalty to her customers is unbeatable. She knows this market (Kitsap and Pierce County) inside and out. We described what we wanted and she ran with it, showing us houses that were spot on. Once we settled on one, she was able to guide us through the crazy offer process and we won the bid for the house (we were competing with three other buyers).
