Amy Patterson has been our agent over several years. We met her when we were looking at real estate, and she ended up selling several pieces of property for us. Amy is the best that I've ever seen in the real estate business. She doesn't just list your property, she constantly works and beats the bushes until she sells your listing. I will use her again if I ever need a real estate agent and I would recommend her to anyone.

My family and I recently relocated to Newnan and didn't really know the area. Amy took the time to orient us to the area and show us multiple homes that met our needs. When we opted for new construction, a process that took more than a year, Amy stayed in constant contact with us. She helped us find a temporary home, and kept checking in to make sure we knew where we were in the process and what the next steps were. She was a joy to work with and made a life changing event easy to deal with.

Amy is simply fantastic! She is knowledgeable, deeply committed to her clients, and knowledgeable about market realities. You should absolutely use her. I have zero reservations about recommending her and know that she works very hard for her clients.

Like me, you will discover three things about Amy. First, she promptly returns messages and phone calls. We had lots of questions about the fine print in the disclosure sheet and she answered everything. I also had concerns about a neighbor's property containing trees blocking a lake view. Amy took care of checking with the neighbors to address my concerns. She did all this promptly.

Second, she graciously gave her time so we could visit the property multiple times before deciding to buy.

Third, she did not pressure us to move ahead. In fact, when we initially backed away from submitting a final offer, she understood completely and affirmed our need to be certain of our decision.

In short, we could not be happier with Amy. Use her services.
