What can be said of Amy that even scratches the surface of what a tremendous realtor, nay, person she is. Genuine, kind, smart, and absolutely the hardest working realtor in the market. She will treat you with the utmost care as she searches high and low with you to find the home of your dreams. She fights for what you deserve and won’t let you take anything less than the very best. ** Exceptional Realtor Who Made Moving Stress-Free**

Moving to a new state is never easy – choosing the right city, neighborhood, and home can be daunting. Thankfully, I was introduced to Amy through a chance encounter on a flight to Atlanta, and it was the best thing that could have happened.

We were in a search for a place to rent for temporary corporate housing for relocation. Our family rented from Amy for 3 months. The home was perfect for our needs, recently renovated and an awesome in ground pool and hot tub! The Pedersen’s were great to work with and excellent response when anything needed or when we had questions. Where do I begin? Blessed, lucky grateful, that’s a great place to begin...
My husband and I were searching for a second home. Our full time residence is in South Georgia. So I did a little googling, found a nice home and sent an email for more information... I immediately received a phone call saying I was being directed to a local agent...( oh boy) , .well I couldn’t have been much luckier, Amy Pederson called and we talked about what I was looking for - area, price needs, wants must haves ect.. my hurdle (one of many) was I lived 5 hours from where I wanted my new home. Amy was more than flexible, jumped through more hoops worked tirelessly until the wee hours for us for 8 months. (Yes, 8 months - 50+ homes, price points changing, areas changing Covid ect...)
