In a market with such low inventory of what we were looking for, Amy was able to help my husband and I find our dream “unicorn” home! Literally within the first week of working together, after our first showing!!
As young, first-time home buyers, Amy took on a “mama bear” role for us—she helped alleviate our fears and uncertainties when she guided us through every step of the process and acted as our voice of reason through all the big decisions we had to make, especially within the very short timeline we working with. Where do I begin? Blessed, lucky grateful, that’s a great place to begin...
My husband and I were searching for a second home. Our full time residence is in South Georgia. So I did a little googling, found a nice home and sent an email for more information... I immediately received a phone call saying I was being directed to a local agent...( oh boy) , .well I couldn’t have been much luckier, Amy Pederson called and we talked about what I was looking for - area, price needs, wants must haves ect.. my hurdle (one of many) was I lived 5 hours from where I wanted my new home. Amy was more than flexible, jumped through more hoops worked tirelessly until the wee hours for us for 8 months. (Yes, 8 months - 50+ homes, price points changing, areas changing Covid ect...) Amy never stopped working for us. She knew what I liked and worked hard to find it!
