Amy Pendergrass

Amy is the founder of Amy Pendergrass & Co., a Hudson area real estate business that is part of the RE/MAX Haven brokerage. Her career as a Realtor spans 24 years, and has included accolades such as the Ohio Association of Realtors President’s Sales Award, the National Association of Realtors Award for the top one percent of Realtors nationwide, and many years as one of Hudson’s top-producing Realtors.

A native of Virginia, Amy is a graduate of Campbell University in North Carolina. She has been an active member of the Hudson community since relocating here in 1994, most recently serving with Leadership Hudson in its creation of the newly-opened Veteran’s Way Park.

Amy has been married for over 47 years, and is a proud mother of three children and grandmother of four.

Primary focus:
Working with existing residents interested in selling their home or property. Helping with home pricing, staging advice, marketing efforts to benefit both the buyer and the seller.

Expert at working with incoming residents to the community to select the best home in the perfect community to help the families adjust to their new locale. Having moved numerous times has helped me to work with companies and new residents to assist with acclimating to the community.
