We connected with Amy when we were looking for a home in Silverton. At the time we were only considering the move as a possibility. We weren’t sure what we wanted other than to be within walking distance of downtown. We ended up purchasing a new home only a few blocks from the downtown core. Amy was a great realtor, often anticipating information and the next step. I would highly recommend her as an agent in any nearby city search.

Steve and I were so very appreciative of Amy's care for us in what was, at times, an overwhelming experience. She anticipated EVERY SINGLE DETAIL when we hadn't a clue. She anticipated, AND THEN immediately followed through, keeping in continual contact with us. She did not hastily offer advice, but wisely gave it when we asked for it, or when she knew we needed it. And throughout the process, she was kind to all. A wonderful experience to work with her.....even though it seems that she did all the work!

I am not sure where to start with this review, as finding the words to properly convey what a wonderful human being Amy is, is surprisingly very difficult to do. I am beyond grateful that my daughter and I happened into one of Amy's showings in Silverton last year...this is where we first met her and right from the get-go, I knew that she was a different kind of real estate agent.
I have bought and sold houses using real estate agents three other times in my life and they are all nice and do their job well, but Amy is just a professional that goes above and beyond and really gets to know her clients on an appropriately personal level. Amy carries a gentle and caring energy about her at all times, and she not only got to know me as a person, but also my two teenage kiddos, in which she would always bring them into our conversations when discussing our ideal next home, their wish list and desires for what they were hoping to find for their next landing place. As a single mom, this was appreciated as it made me feel that I had someone who was wholeheartedly looking out for me and my family and not just trying to make a sale. Amy was never pushy, never made me feel rushed, she eased anxiety and frustrations when I encountered them...She supported all three of us along the way and after several months of looking, we found our perfect home in Wilsonville.
To this day Amy checks in with us, and never sends advertising materials, or business branded notes or cards...they are always personally picked or handmade (birthday wishes, thank you, happy holidays, etc.). Amy has become a good friend to our family and I look forward to many interactions with her in the future. What a beautiful gift my kids and I have been given from the universe by unassumingly stepping into a little open house in Silverton!
