Amy Randolph has been a pleasure to work with as we went through the long process (8 months) of learning our way around Colorado Springs and finding the right house to purchase. She listened to our requirements, set up appointments to see houses and made recommendations on many things. (We are moving from another state and have many questions!). And, she went above and beyond in the time between closing and move-in - making sure our son could get into the house for the internet installation, placing a Colorado welcome mat on our front porch, setting the thermostat after closing and many other things. I highly recommend her!!

Amy is the bomb!!! She knows Colorado Springs! We were not an easy fit on a property! We had a budget, we had commute restraints and an Elderly person to consider! Amy was up for the task!!! Even on the day we were scheduled to view properties I had a 9 month old, 4 yr old plus and 80 yr old with me! It didn't faze Amy! She picked up a baby, (I couldn't get her away from the baby), held out a hand to escort my senior while giving us the scoop on every property we visited! To say she goes the extra mile is an understatement! Finally we had health issues which kept pushing back every step to home ownership and she was the one picking things up, dropping things off and redoing paperwork as closing was pushed back! Amy rocks!! Thanks Amy for ALL you did for me and my family!!!!

Amy is a great realtor! She was so fun and funny to look at houses with and we looked at A LOT of houses. She fought for things to be fixed by the buyer and was just amazing throughout the entire experience. I 100% recommend her!

Having Amy sell our house was super easy and alleviated stress on us. She made us more money than what we thought we could possibly get. She’ll save you money in all aspects and isn’t afraid to get her hands dirty and lay some mulch down if needed. I would recommend her to my family and friends. I’ve known Amy for several years now. So when it came time for me to buy my first home, she was the first to come to mind. Amy was very helpful, trustworthy, and made a stressful process fun and easy. She approaches her work with a sense of humor but maintains a professional attitude. Looking for a single family home, a townhouse, it doesn't matter, she will find what you are looking for at the price you can afford. I really enjoyed all my transactions and interactions with her. Amy is such a patient and persistent realtor when it comes to finding someone the right property. She makes the process fun but is serious about attending to all the important details of buying a property. I trust her so completely that I bought one property without seeing it in person. Her knowledge of my requirements was spot on. She shared many videos and photos to assure me she had found "the one", and she was so right. I love our mountain cabin and plan to use it for many years.

I was so worried about buying my house, but she put my mind at ease with every question (and there were many)! She took me to see many properties and was very patient with me. She was always easy to get a hold of and very timely with email responses as well. She took care of everything that came up and made the closing process easy.
