I just closed on my father's house the other day, and to say that Amy was instrumental in the success of the sale would be an understatement. Her knowledge of the real estate market and especially the local area allowed us to list the house at a price that was correct for the market and attracted buyers immediately. The resources that she brings with her in order to get the home ready to be sold were invaluable too. She kept in constant contact and was always receptive to questions or concerns. If you're looking to sell or buy property I would highly recommend her.

You will not go wrong with Amy! We were so fortunate to have her as our buyer's agent. Not only does she live locally and have tons of suggestions/recommendations but she's also a realtor extraordinaire who truly knows how to navigate this ever changing and crazy real estate market! My family had an outstanding experience with Amy buying a second home in the Catskills. From start to finish, she showed an unprecedented ability to drive the process and was the glue for many moving parts. It was not a easy transaction for us, with many things going unplanned, including a bidding war and problems with a lender. Her experience, patience, and leadership got us through to the happy end result for all the parties involved. I really don't think we would've been able to finally close on our house without her guidance. We've worked with many realtors in the past, and no one has come close to Amy. She is also an awesome recourse for anything that's local, from eateries to events to township matters. Amy Rosen is one of a kind, in all of the best ways and I can't recommend her enough. She's a true advocate for her clients and really listens and learns when working with you. As first time home buyers, we had many questions and concerns and Amy was always on point, helping us understand how to effectively navigate an incredibly tumultuous market.

She's also simply a good person who is very genuine in her dealings. This is important in an industry based upon relationships. But it also makes spending time with her fun - which is key as you spend a lot of time together during the process.

Amy is also a home owner/seller herself in the Hudson Valley, so she knows all of the ins and out thoroughly and really knows the area well. She's legitimately dogged - what she doesn't know, she will find out!

Amy Rosen simply has the chops to get you good information to make informed choices and end up with the house you want. What more could you want from a real estate agent? Highly recommended and I would not hesitate to use her again.

We were fortunate enough to work with Amy to find a second home (our "relief valve" from city life) in the middle of the rather intense COVID-19-induced real estate scramble during the summer of 2020. From the beginning, it was a truly collaborative relationship, as she very quickly grasped what we were looking for, and helped us focus our thinking and efforts. In particular, she was very knowledgeable about the area, and specifically about the local housing market. When we found a house that we wanted to pursue, she helped us craft a offer and guided it through the subsequent competitive process. Once we had an accepted offer, the actual purchase took several months, due to the pandemic. Amy helped shepherd through this challenging process, telling us when to be patient, when to act urgently, and encouraging us to voice and pursue issues that concerned us. In the end, it finally all came together, and we are now happily preparing our new family escape. We most certainly could not have done it without Amy, who has continued to provide advice and contacts to help us navigate home ownership in the mountains. We're grateful to Amy for helping us make our longtime dream come true, and we're looking forward to being her neighbor!

Being a first time homebuyer, I am certain that I asked every single question imaginable and not only did Amy have clear answers, good reasons behind her answers but a ton of patience with me. Her expertise not only in real estate but the area itself was a tremendous help. I have worked with 5 Realtors over the years in the Catskills and Amy is the only one I would work with again , She has a fire in her belly that you dont typically find outside of NYC. Amy helped my wife and I buy our first house up in the Catskills, and she made the entire process go smoothly. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I was appalled by the negative review i saw on Amy’s services. Amy was nothing but professional and gave honest recommendations on the properties she showed us. In fact she knew the right property for us immediately, so fast in fact that I had to ask to see more properties just so I could be sure.

Not only was she professional she was an amazing source of knowledge about the area - so much so that I suggested the she write a book to which she replied “No it’s part of the service I provide my clients” I would and have recommended her enthusiastically.

Amy was a pro right out of the gate. When we decided to purchase a home upstate I called her right away - talked about what I wanted, set a budget and time line.....she reminded me that this is also meant to be fun! To be open to the possibilities and to get to know the areas I wanted to be in.....she was/is very detailed and went above and beyond to not only educated us in the homes we were visiting, but to give us history of the areas and think about what we wanted out each property we saw. The other important thing for me was Amy communicated clearly and without a bunch of noise that would have otherwise made it difficult. We were lucky we literally bought the first home we saw - which happened to be a property that Amy told me about but I dismissed.......I have no problem recommending Amy Rosen! I'd work with her again in a heartbeat.
