Amy Smoldt

Amy has a passion for real estate and a career built around customer service.

Amy has been investing in real estate and managing her own rentals for over 20 years. She currently has three rental properties in Golden. Many of her tenants become friends and past ones often stop by to chat. Buying and selling property since 1995, Amy has a solid understanding of the Colorado market. She loves the Golden Community and is incredibly knowledgeable about the West Denver area. She has a daughter who attends Golden High School and a son at Ralston Elementary. Amy has an extensive background in customer service and is truly dedicated to the customer. An outgoing personality coupled with a general desire to help people make Amy the perfect choice to be your partner in any real estate transaction.

Amy grew up in Minnesota before attending Colorado State University, where she studied Economics and was a diver on the CSU Swimming and Diving Team. After graduating magna cum laude, she took a job with a marketing research company headquartered in California. She became District Manager in the Denver area before pursuing her master’s and taking courses at the University of Colorado Bard Center for Entrepreneurship. Through the course work she developed a business plan (awarded finalist in the Bard Center Business Plan Competition) and launched Customer Connections & Innovations, Inc. Over 20 years later, Customer Connections continues to assist companies to elevate customer service levels.

Amy loves to experience the Colorado outdoors. You can find her kayaking, surfing or skiing in her free time.
