My dearest Amy,
Sorry it has taken me a while to respond but, I am still moving in. Please forgive me.
As you know, I already had an agent. But I was dropped by this person. The reason being, "I am just too busy to handle you also." Makes me wonder why I was even taken on as a client. Anyway, the Father does work in mysterious ways! As I was referred to you.
When I first received a message from you, that you were my new agent, I did not know just what to expect; as in, how long were you going to last? As we continued in our messaging, I started to feel a little more at ease with/about you. As I mentioned to you, real estate was Chinese to me; as you explained to me very clearly and I was able to quickly catch on to your verbiage. As we continued messaging, your messages seemed to be quite extensive and knowledgeable. I was starting to gain your trust.
When we began talking on the phone, I knew I had the right agent this time. What led me to this decision was the manner in which you spoke, the strength of/in your voice and a determined response of/in your knowledge of real estate and to answer any and all queries I had! I began feeling very much at ease in having you as my agent.
It did not take very long for me to find out something very special about you. You not only do what you do because it is your job but, you do it because you find a pure joy and desire in helping people. Amy, you have been blessed by the Father in having a very big heart!! And not only, but, you have a very special gift of perception in/of people. This is another gift of/from the Father in which He has given you!!
I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for being my agent!! And, in making my condo become a reality. I also want to thank the Father for putting you in my life!!
