I was fortunate to have been connected with Amy through someone close to me and I can only hope to give the experience we had with her in words. First and foremost is the availability and responsiveness. It seemed like Amy was more available than we were. No matter the time of day NO MATTER WHAT, she was available. What could be better than that? I’ll tell you: always being cordial. It’s one thing to bend over backwards for a client, it’s another to have a smile on your face and to have a great attitude while doing so. We used her to sell and buy and I can’t think of a reason I wouldn’t utilize her in the future.

Where we bought our house, we had to work with the realtor for the client selling his house; that’s when we realized how spoiled we were. The selling realtor took every Sunday all the way off. No email or anything, no phone calls. It just reinforced how accommodating Amy was.

She helped us get everything done in the right order and gave all the advice which resulted in 11 offers over asking in one weekend.

Buying our new home required lots of patience on her part for us to find the one. And she was not only patient but encouraging and steadfast when we were losing hope.

Literally the best.
