We have used Amy multiple times to sell and purchase a home! In this market you need a realtor that you can fully trust and that can advocate for you through the whole process. Amy not only is the best realtor we have used, she also made up for other realtor’s weaknesses to ensure that all parties knew what the status was during the closing process. She will work hard for you to ensure you are getting what you need!

We met Amy at an open house over 3 years ago! She has always kept in contact, checking up to see how we are doing. We finally decided on a neighborhood, builder and floor plan! Since the market is so crazy right now I was worried that my husband and I wouldn’t find a decent home on our budget, but Amy accepted the challenge and found us our perfect first home! She really made the search for our house much less stressful and never gave up hope that she would get us exactly what we were looking for. Along with being super sweet, Amy was also very knowledgeable and answered every question I had about home buying. Especially as a first time home buyer there were many things I didn’t know at first, but she took the time to make sure that we understood and were prepared for the whole process. Amy went above and beyond when representing us for our home purchase! She made our experience in this crazy market a very good one and ended up getting us the perfect house for our needs. Amy even used her contractor connections to help us modify the house to accommodate our family's needs. She was always responsive and never left us waiting for answers.

Amy was able to walk us through a site unseen purchase of a house that left us confident in our choice despite the distance we purchased it from. She understands and works with the constraints military members often find themselves under during a PCS.

Which was difficult because we decided to buy a house in the middle of the COVID pandemic and on top of that, she helped us find a house while we weren't even physically present in the USA.
