Moving back to Miami after15 years away I found that a lot has changed. Neighborhoods sprung up where there was just wetland, traffic patterns have changed and the amount of new development and growth was daunting. Luckily, Ana was very patient and knowledgeable and helped navigate me through the process. She instinctively knew which homes or neighborhoods would work and which wouldn't. She was thorough in her market research and spot on regarding home value and offer price. She helped me find the right home in the perfect neighborhood for a terrific price. And during tense negotiations with the sellers, she was always respectful but firm, honest and positive. I loved working with Ana, she was never pushy, rude or condescending, like so many other realtors I've come across. If you're thinking of buying or selling your home, I highly recommend working with Ana, she's amazing.

Ana Gonzalez is a fantastic realtor and true professional. She was the listing agent to sell my house which was being rented and was occupied with tenants. I don’t live in the area and she helped to identify some key issues with the house and hired people from her network to address those issues like an expert property manager. She determined a great list price and generated a lot of interest by hiring a professional photographer to take high quality pictures, including drone shots. She conducted showings while accommodating some difficult COVID restrictions that were required by the tenants. In the end she sold my house at full asking price. Ana has a great disposition, she was always pleasant even when dealing with issues from people who made the sale more complicated than necessary. I could not be happier with the service she provided.
