This was another successful closing with Ana, we were able to move up closing date and the buyers closed before their expected date.

In July 2020 we sold our house and Ana was our agent. Ana came buy and suggested improvements that would be best. We implemented all of them, but, we ran out of time. Thus, on the day pictures were to be taken we weren't ready. Ana just jumped in and helped us arrange everything and got the place ready for pictures. That surprised me and I was really impressed. Then the house officially went on the market and Ana sent it out to her network. Within hours she was booking viewings and in 24hrs we had sold. Through it all Ana was professional, understanding and efficient. I can't wait to hire here again when I buy my next house.

Anna is both Professional and has local knowledge of the area we were buying in. She honest and hard working. When we were searching for a home she showed us all properties that matched our criteria and did not try to take us outside our specific area . When we needed her she was always there no matter what time of day. She walked us through the home buying process, since we were new to Georgia. Anna has a great team she referred us. We have purchased several homes over the years, and our biggest complaint with most agents was they just didn't listen... We had several requirements for our new home. Ana listened and wrote each one down. Every time we looked at a house, we got closer and closer to exactly what we were looking for. We looked at homes in East and West Cobb. Ana was very familiar with both areas, the schools and the neighborhoods. Ana answered her phone and was very quick responding to our emails. She knew that I was just beginning to look at options in the East Cobb, GA area. She openly discussed market and loan options. I stumbled upon Ana by accident while browsing homes, and was initially not ready to work with an agent when we first connected. My previous experiences with other agents had been mixed. Ana was different from the first email. She listened to me, and very quickly learned what homes held potential for us and which ones didn't. She probably took us to see close to 50 homes and I NEVER felt that my time was wasted. Email communication was very quick, thorough, and accurate. When we changed directions and ended up looking at more expensive homes in a different area, she immediately changed gears and adjusted her recommendations accordingly. She was also very helpful in the final negotiations and made what might have otherwise been a very stressful experience a very pleasant one. MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
