We can't speak highly enough of our experience, thus far with Anastacia. We were expecting to have a challenging time searching for a home in Florida while being stationed a 1000 miles away while in the military. From the start Anastacia was incredibly responsive to our need for assistance in searching for a home from long distance. Not only are we in another state, but we are not looking to buy a home for at least a year due to our military commitment. Regardless, throughout the past several months, Anastacia has been there every step of the way. She has always answered every email no matter what time of day or night it was. We were really not expecting the type of commitment and dedication that we received from her because of time and distance. She committed to our search anyway as if we were right there and was immediately ready to purchase a home. Her local knowledge, expertise, and responsiveness has been nothing less than exemplary these last few months. We look forward to her daily emails and conversing with her for the last few months. Anastacia has always been very responsive with all of our questions.....sometimes incredibly responsive like in the middle of the night. Her being extremely knowledgeable about the Jacksonville and surrounding areas market has helped us tremendously. She was extremely instrumental in narrowing down our future/retirement home region - St Johns. In short, she was always on our side working to make our home purchase as simple and successful as possible....even from a 1000 miles away. The best part about working with Anastacia besides her being very personable was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our criteria, needs, and desires than she was on closing a deal. We would recommend her to anyone, especially military personnel transitioning from the military and relocating to Florida (which is in the top three states that military retirees relocate to after retirement). Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are greatly respected, appreciated, and admirable, especially because of the unknown due to not physically being there. With the stressors of military retirement, transitioning to civilian life on top of relocating out of state, she has taken a tremendous burden off of our shoulders. We never felt that she was just trying to sell us a house, but that she was truly dedicated to answering all our questions (there were/are many of them) and helping us make the best decision for our family's future. We trust her 110% in helping us find our dream home, and highly recommend her to any fellow military member relocating to Florida.

Anastacia is the most pleasant real estate agent that we have ever worked with, and we have worked with many. Her knowledge of current trends and communities is passed on to her clients giving, THE CLIENT, the information necessary to make an informed decision! She is always personable and never seems too busy to answer our questions. I wouldn't think of trying to buy a home without her help! I would highly recommend recommend her services to a total stranger, I would demand that a friend take advantage of her real estate services.
