Anastasiia is a fantastic real estate agent. Out of all of the agents that I've worked with, she was, by far, my favorite.

Anastasiia assisted me in selling my condo in Chicago. Since our first conversation, she was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and very kind. Something that I believe differentiates her from other agents is her keen eye for what looks good in your home and how to maximize showing requests. She gave me valuable advice on what she thought I could do to make my unit more appealing to potential buyers, without pressuring me to actually make the changes. I am certainly glad I followed her advice.

After closing, I reflected on my overall experience with Anastasiia and realized how big of a help she was to me. She helped me with things that no other agent would and made me feel like I was her only client. She truly earned her commission and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

Anastasiia is a very knowledgeable person and a genuinely great professional. She helped me buy a condo a couple month ago. While being in the spring market had its difficulties and a few of the offers we submitted were not accepted, nevertheless, she has been supportive all the way through.

We were connected with Anastasiia because we wanted to tour a property. Our biggest challenge was having 3 fur babies, two of which are huskies. She was responsive and quick at sending us available listings and also checking their pet policy prior to scheduling showings. We ended up looking at many options prior to finding the right one for us & the dogs. Anastasiia guided us and actively kept us informed about every stage of the process. I enjoyed working with Anastasiia and I will definitely be contacting her in the future when we are ready to buy!

Working with Anastasiia was a dream! We initially found her through an online listing agency after working with (3) other agents and having a poor experiences.

We were on a very tight deadline— my husband and I both accepted new jobs in Chicago, I’m 5 months pregnant and we are moving from Los Angeles and had exactly 22 days to find and secure a house sight unseen. It was IMPERATIVE that I work with an agent that could understand our needs in a home for the area, floor plan & neighborhood.

From the very beginning Anastasiia aggressively went after anything that met our qualifications and we did 3+ virtual showings every week until we could find the perfect home!

We are so excited to get settled and welcome our little one and we couldn’t have done this without her! We are excited to work with her again next summer when we buy a home in the area!
