Dear Sir or Madam,

I don’t usually write testimonials letters but because of the service I received from Anatalia I feel compelled.

I moved from San Jose to Fresno and Anatalia was my realtor.
From the first day she impressed me with her professionalism, thoroughness, and dedication to her responsibilities. Before our first meeting I sent her a list of some potential properties that I though would be a good fit for me both in size and budget, Anatalia reviewed my list and quickly provided a list of her own that was much more adapt to my need and budget then my list was.
We put an offer in on the second house she showed me.
I’ve purchased properties in 5 different states over a 30-year period and I’ve never had a realtor more committed to my home purchase than Anatalia was. She responded to my questions and concerns immediately and never made me feel like I was just another client.
In closing, I would like to say that Anatalia is also a very nice person who greats you with a smile and a kind word and I can assure you if I’m in Anatalia’ s territory, she’ll always be my realtor.
