Andi was born in a small town in central PA. After graduating from Bucknell University, she moved to the DC area. In 2002, she purchased her starter home, a charming row house in Brookland. She dreamed of someday purchasing an Arts and Crafts bungalow, but that was financially out of her reach at that time.
Andi began her professional career as a Meeting and Event Planner. As time went on, she became increasingly discouraged with her job. She decided that she wanted to get into real estate. For more than a year, she interviewed every real estate agent she knew, ran into on the street or found in an open house. She took a weeks vacation in order to take the real estate licensing class. She became a licensed real estate agent in 2005 and quit her job the day she found out that she had passed the exam.
Andi was named Rookie of the Year in 2006 and the Top Producer in 2007 for her local real estate office. She appeared on two episodes of HGTV's Get It Sold. She has continued to grow her business over the last couple of years and joined Keller Williams Capital Properties in 2012. She has served on committees at the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors (GCAAR) and the DC Association of Realtors (DCAR), as well as serving on the Board of Directors at DCAR. She works with both buyers and sellers to fulfill their dreams of homeownership.
