Andre was the best. His caring nature and upbeat personality made the sale of our house an easy and painless process. He listed our house on July 16th and on August 19th we closed escrow and received our asking price. He was always available to answer questions or just to soothe jangled nerves. Also being a military veteran he takes special interest and very special care of his military clients whether they are still in the service or out of it. If I could give Andre Hobbs six stars I would. We were first-time home owners who needed to sell quickly due to a military PCS. Words can’t describe how great Andre is! Buying and selling a home is typically very stressful but Andre makes it easy and way less stressful. First of all he treats you like family, he puts you first in your home search and looks for everything you want in a home. If he wasnt my realtor I can honestly say I wouldnt be in my dream house right now. He puts the time in to find houses that specifically meet your needs/wants, there is no off time with him. He was always quick to respond whenever I had questions about houses or even when I wanted to see a house at last minute notice. If you want to see it he will make the arrangements no matter what time of day. He taught and showed me things to look for in a home that I never would've thought of.
