We absolutely loved working with Andre! He was kind, intentional & extremely profesional. We were first time homebuyers & so new to the entire process, but he made our first experience so pleasant and smooth. He was able to negotiate with the seller and we ended up getting some credits along with our closing cost being covered. We are eager to do it again and will definitely be coming back to Andre when that time comes!

We couldn’t imagine recommending ANYONE ELSE! Andre was absolutely amazing. He saved our little family and helped get a roof over my sons head. We were kicked out of our rental apartment last minute and desperately needed to find a home in an extremely short time period. Andre jumped in head first and didn’t quit until he knew we were taken care of. All while ALSO in the hospital! He went above and beyond to protect our family and make sure we didn’t end up homeless. He answered all of our questions and as first time home buyer.. we naturally had A LOT of questions. But he made sure we understood every step of the process. He truly has found his calling. Anyone that has the privilege to work with him is truly blessed. Andre has gained us as clients for life.

Andre was great to work with, he was referred to me by a friend. This being our first house Andre walked us through the entire process, making us feel really comfortable. He was always available to talk whenever we had questions and worked really hard to ensure we were informed every step of the way. Before working with Andre, we tried a couple of different realtors, however they didn’t seem to be engaged in helping us find a house that fit our needs. When Andre took over he seemed to understand exactly what we were looking for and showed us a bunch of listings that fit our needs within our budget pretty much immediately. It never really felt like we were a priority to the other realtors, but Andre would send us text and check in frequently. Andre definitely had a sense of urgency and commitment to helping us find our first home. I was really impressed with Andre’s professionalism and motivation. If you are looking for a realtor I would definitely recommend Andre.

I am a first-time home buyer on a solo income during a ridiculous seller's market. Andre was there for me and my family 24/7 and was always available to talk and answer any questions I had. He explained everything in detail and help me through this process step by step. He is an amazing person for without him this would not have been possible. I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Andre Mejia.

If realtor's were like lawyers - then I can assure you, you want Andre to represent you.

I was a first-time homebuyer with limited knowledge about how to find the right place. I had met with a few realtors before him, but as soon as I met Andre, I knew instantly that he was the one I wanted as my realtor. What impressed me the most was that He was genuinely concerned over my best interest. He never once made me feel like I was just another client. But rather was always ready and willing to make conversation with me, even when the conversation had nothing to do with house buying. He was upfront and honest with the seller, with me, and was always willing to share his knowledge about the process. He took the time to review the home with me and point out things he observed, that assisted me in the selection process.

He is an excellent negotiator and knows how to close the deal. And in the house buying business, "closing the deal" is exactly what you want! Andre walked me through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that I write a letter to the seller and explain why they should choose my wife and I. It was an unconventional approach but it worked!

So if you are thinking about buying, and need a realtor, I recommend you call Andre, I gaurantee you, not only will you not regret it, but you will be the one, ranting and raving over him in your recommendations, as I and many others have done.

I dont even know where to start this process has been more than amazing thanks to Andre Mejia!! He has kept my nerves from flying off the edge when things were shaky. He kept encouraging me and was always available to answer my questions. He gave honest feedback and I can tell he was always genuine and wanted what was best for my family and myself. In the end I ended up with the house of my dreams! He is kind patient and works hard at making sure you get exactly what you want! On a scale of 1 to 10 I would say Andre isnt even on the scale as he was beyond a 10. I enjoyed working with him and will be referring anyone I know to him!

My husband and I recently sold our first home during Christmas and closed escrow within 10 days, then went on to purchase our second with the help of Agent Andre Mejia. The selling part was surprisingly very easy due to Andre’s work ethic and understanding of our urgency to sell, being how we were around 8 months pregnant at the time, having outgrown our home. The whole process was really stress free which made us very happy and lines of communication always stayed open 24/7 with both Andre and the buyers agent. We are now living in our dream home on a golf course in the beautiful Eastlake community and couldn’t be happier. Not to mention we paid $5,000.00 less than asking price and the value has already gone up $15,000.00 since we moved in less than 3 weeks ago.
