Prior to becoming an agent, Andrea spent a decade in account services at NYC ad agencies where she began working closely with real estate legend Louise Sunshine. Andrea continues to work with developers. One of her more recent projects was The Avenue at Crestwood. She was hired as the exclusive rental agent for the building which is comprised of 47 rentals. She was successful in renting the entire building in 8 months and is currently their exclusive agent.
