After seeing Andrea Bryant interviewed by a reporter while she was working on new construction, which we had an interest in, we set an appointment to meet with her to explain to us what they had to offer, but which we decided not to build. As months went by, we reached out to Andrea Bryant to search for us a previously owned home and wanted her to become our agent. Andrea was there throughout the entire home purchase process. From the work she did prior to the exploratory work thereafter, great communication during the search, and timely ongoing communication, she's a true pro. If you are moving to another area, there is only one realtor to use, and that is Andrea Bryant of D & D Home Realty. Because of our purchase process, she pretty much became part of our extended family. Her greatest attribute is that she "listens" and then asks thought-provoking questions that ensure you get the home you desire.

I was out of state looking for a home and on a time crunch. I was paired with Mrs. Andrea Bryant as my realtor and from our initial conversation I knew I was in great hands. Her expertise and hospitality made my home search comfortable and stress-free. Being out of state she made herself available on my schedule. She made me feel like family as she negotiated in my favor when I was skeptical about certain conditions in the contract. I wasn't a first time buyer but my experience with Mrs. Bryant was the best I've had EVER had. She is genuinely a beautiful person and very professional. I hope to work with Mrs. Bryant again in the future.

Let me brag about my realtor Andrea Bryant...Y'all I contacted her with specifics as my 71yr old dad who's a Vietnam Veteran with health restrictions was looking to purchase his first home! When I tell you Andrea was compassionate, patient and understanding to his needs, desires and wants throughout the entire process. OMG y'all she dealt with his day to day personalities and the days where he just "didn't feel like it" however, was very flexible and available when he was....She allowed him and his wife to be in the driver seat of choosing their home and provided options according to their needs. And, when the chosen forever home came to play she was amazingly awesome in ensuring the lender and seller were abreast to my dad's situation and health restrictions knowing he was not to be rushed in this process...The best part of the process was knowing they were being heard and not being rushed into a home that didn't fit their needs, or just a CHECK....Although they have been in their forever home for 4 months now here's the excitement of sighing day...lol he just needed an old people nap break lol...don't judge him...that's my dad! forever grateful for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING OF ALL PEOPLE!
