Andrea Chaffey

Andrea Chaffey's lifelong passion for real estate began when I was a little girl. My father worked in the oil business, and it was a job that my family followed wherever it lead. Never spending more than 7 years in one place, I grew up accustomed to moving, creating living spaces, and enjoying the adventure of meeting new people in new communities.

Finally able to move where the road took only me, I chose Southern California to go to school and never looked back.

I received my Bachelor's degree in Finance from Pepperdine University. With my corporate career taking me from hedge funds to exclusive resort management I found my strengths in marketing and customer service.

Taking a step back from corporate endeavors when my kiddos came along, I began to focus on my passions. My love of cooking took me to Le Cordon Bleu, after which I enjoyed the freedom of owing my own business as a private chef and caterer.

A career path from cooking to real estate might seem a little fuzzy to some, but it is really my love of people and making them feel at home that has always been the driving force.

My goal is to EXCEED your expectations from the moment you begin working with me. I excel in hospitality and comfort. I can easily hone in on specific tastes to save you precious time and energy in your home search. I know how to make a house feel like a home, and have the drive and ability to market it to the right people to optimize your sale.
