Andrea Davis is a dedicated professional with a passion for design and a talent for recognizing the unique potential of properties. She loves buying homes that no one else wants and turning them into gems from their hidden potential. Most of all, Andrea takes pride in advocating, negotiating, and supporting all of her clients with one of the most complex transactions of their lives.
Originally from Long Island, Andrea graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in art history and conservation. She then pursued a master’s degree in museum studies from Harvard University, where she worked to preserve the university’s extensive photographic collection. Following this, she moved to Philadelphia in 2010 to complete a master’s degree in public health from Drexel University, where she spent almost a decade working.
After successfully purchasing and renovating two rental properties in Cape May, New Jersey, Andrea decided to pivot her love for homes and design into a career in real estate. She particularly enjoys staging homes for sale and uncovering 'diamonds in the rough' that buyers can transform to suit their preferences. Andrea has resided in Pennsylvania for nearly two decades--living in several wonderful communities, including Newtown, Manayunk, Chestnut Hill, Narberth, and Ardmore. She currently lives in Berwyn with her husband and two young daughters.
In her free time, she enjoys looking for her next investment property, finding design ideas on pinterest and working with her husband to execute the project, and spending time with her girls. Andrea also serves as the co-president of the parent organization at her daughter’s elementary school. On the weekends, you'll find her enjoying a good beer with family and friends, and relaxing in her backyard with her dog, Rooster.
