We had seen Andrea's name on FOR SALE signs in the area for years and it seemed like she had a good history. This was proven with the sale of our home...Andrea was fantastic. She gave us ideas to maximize the value and she was aggressive in getting the most value from our sale. She was familiar with the builder and gave us a few things to check prior to listing / inspection. She knew the area and was able to promote not only our home, but our town and the surrounding area. We started our home buying journey almost exactly a year ago in April 2023 with Andrea. From the start we felt that she had our backs. While she could have put us in any home that we looked at, she convinced us to wait for the one that was right for us. Throughout the process she understood our needs and goals. This meant us holding off until the fall of 2023 to restart our search. Once the fall rolled around, we hit the ground running. Without any contractual commitment from us, she jumped right back into action to help us find our dream home.

Andrea is the best realtor I have ever worked with. At the beginning of March my wife and I were thinking about selling our home and down-sizing. Andrea took the time to discuss this with us and then returned with a detailed proposal and documentation to support the proposed selling price. Andrea told us that we would receive several offers after the weekend showing which proved to be the case and we signed a purchase and sales on Monday. Andrea helped us to pick the best offer and we were able to close without issue 6 weeks later. I think one of the greatest things you can say about someone is that they "get things done". Andrea gets things done, and throughout the entire Home Searching/Buying process I never had to worry about a thing.

We were moving from Massachusetts to New Hampshire, so looking at homes one at a time was not an option. Andrea gave a two prime Spring weekends to show us everything that matched our checklist. She was patient, thorough, and full of great advise. She was quick to point out when a home was too big, too much, or in a high-tax town and this saved us valuable time by removing the offending homes from our list.

When we finally found the perfect house, on a Sunday, she had our offer written up and in the sellers hands within a few hours. This was important, because the house did have other fast offers. She wrapped things up quickly and had us closing within 6 weeks.

We could not have found what we were looking for and closed so quickly without the tireless work of Andrea. She seemed as much friend as she did our buyers agent... even our normally shy daughter bonded with her quickly.

If you want to work with someone who gets thing done (fast and correctly), give Andrea a call. Tell her that "anyone that has ever worked with her" sent you.

If I could give her 10 stars I would. I reached out to Andrea a couple months back inquiring about selling our home in order to upgrade to a larger home. She followed up to my email within a day and from that point forward we never looked back. She was prompt to all our appointments, she explained every step of the process and made us feel at ease. She provided us with an evaluation of our home in a very timely manner and put together a plan for us to find our new dream home and then market our current home. She scheduled a photographer and gave us tons of tips on how to make our house look amazing and live in it at the same time. She took us to a couple houses, walked us through the good and the bad of each house. When we found the house we wanted she drew up the paperwork at 9pm and we had the offer submitted by 10pm that night. When we got our offer accepted she came over the next day and put our house on the market. Within a couple days we had an offer and locked it in. We hit a bump with the house we wanted so we backed out after the inspection, found another house and got under contract quickly again. Through that process, as stressful as it was, Andrea kept us come and made us feel in control. Andrea made sure that the buyers of our house were on track with their financing and inspections as well as ours. She made sure that both sales went as planned. I can't say enough about how professional Andrea is and how much she cares for her clients. She made sure to point things out to our 4 yr old daughter while we looked at houses and get her excited. She made the whole process seem incredibly easy. If we ever need to sell this house and buy another I know I would reach out to Andrea in a heartbeat. She is an amazing agent. Thank you Andrea for making our dreams come true and finding an amazing house to raise our two children. Thank you!
